Summer's colorful population of birds begin to arrive in March, renewing the promise of spring. It's always exciting to see the first Sand Hill Cranes, Blue Birds, and hear the song of the Meadow Larks.

Montana had a good year for moisture, ensuring a beautiful green spring and high grasses for wildlife to shelter their young.

Calving season went well with over a 100% success rate.
