This small building houses the well to the guest house and is fully insulated with a concrete floor. The exterior nicely resembles the arena complex.

The exterior of this structure is as unique and accommodating as the interior.  A very large custom porch approaching the main entryway is concrete with pathways of simulated flagstone.  Winding paths of  this flagstone are found at every door touched by three separate porches.   The curved design of the porches are a pleasant contrast to the bold angular building. Large double X barn doors on both the East and West entrances of the residence, aren't just for decoration, they can be used open or closed, for appearance, storm doors, or when the residence is not in use.  As with the interior, the exterior is a working combination of the past and present gracefully uniting.
